In the event of an extended period of absence, monthly class fees must still be payed.

Every class will have monthly materials fees (copies, birthday snacks, craft materials, etc.) ranging from 200 yen to 2,500 yen.

In the event of the enrollment of siblings in A and/or B class, the admission fee for the second child will be waived. Should a third sibling be enrolled, the admission fee for that child will be halved. Should a child be enrolled while a sibling is currently enrolled, admission fees shall be handled as if the siblings were enrolled at the same time.

The monthly class fee for A class is 70,000 yen. However, should the parents opt to enroll their child for the entire program (from A class until the completion of B-3), the monthly class fee for A class will be halved, to match the B class fee. Should the child be withdrawn before the completion of B-3 (except in cases of extraneous circumstances, such as moving or visa difficulties), it will be considered a breach of contract, and the waived A class fees will be retroactively assessed.

American Preschool and its employees are prohibited from accepting gifts or invitations from clients of American Preschool.
